For each listed date, the market resolves Yes if Perena has officially launched a governance token by 5:59 AM CET/CEST on the following day on that date; otherwise it resolves No. The token must be actively and publicly transferable and tradable - an announcement alone does not count. The primary source is Perena (x.com/perena), supplemented by a consensus of credible reporting.
