This market will resolve to "Yes" if, by 05:59 CET/CEST on January 1, 2027, Donald Trump signs into law any bill that seeks to repeal or alter the presidential term limits set out in the 22nd Amendment to the US Constitution, if such a bill otherwise becomes law, or if the US Supreme Court rules in a way that would permit a president to serve more than two terms. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". Any law meeting these criteria will count, even if its implementation is immediately halted or delayed by judicial or other action. The resolution source for this market will be official information from the Trump administration and decisions of the US Supreme Court. Note: term limits are fixed by constitutional amendment, so ordinary legislation cannot repeal them — the Article V route runs through a joint resolution passed by two-thirds of both chambers and ratified by the states, and is never signed by the president. The market would be clearer if it named that mechanism alongside the Supreme Court route. The title is also narrower than the resolution, since a Supreme Court ruling would qualify without any action by Trump.
