This market resolves to “Yes” if, by January 1, 2027 at 05:59 CET, Binance, Coinbase, Bybit, OKX, or Kraken officially states that it is insolvent or that it is filing for, or has filed for, any form of bankruptcy. A “Yes” resolution may also be based on the same announcement being made by an official representative of one of those exchanges, such as a lawyer or spokesperson, or on a consensus of credible reporting. Otherwise, this market resolves to “No”.
