On November 6, 2025, Take-Two Interactive, the parent company of Rockstar Games, announced that Grand Theft Auto VI would be delayed from its previously scheduled release date of May 26, 2026, to November 19, 2026. This market resolves Yes if Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive officially announces by November 20, 2026, at 5:59 AM CET that Grand Theft Auto VI will not be released by November 19, 2026. It also resolves Yes if the game has not otherwise been released in the United States by November 20, 2026, at 5:59 AM CET. Otherwise, it resolves No. For this market, “release” means that the game becomes publicly available for purchase or download in the United States. Early access, beta versions, other forms of pre-release availability, and leaks do not count as an official release. A release limited to certain consoles, such as Xbox Series X/S, still qualifies. Resolution is based on official information from Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive, supplemented by a consensus of credible reporting.
