Resolves to the party of the candidate who wins New Mexico’s 2nd congressional district (NM-02) in the 2026 U.S. House elections. The midterm elections take place on November 4, 2026. A candidate’s party is determined by their ballot-listed or otherwise identifiable affiliation at the time all 2026 House races are conclusively called by this market’s resolution sources. A candidate without a ballot-listed Democratic or Republican affiliation will still be assigned to one of those two parties under the market rules.
