This market resolves according to the player who wins the 2026 MLS Defender of the Year award. If there is a tie, the market resolves according to the official winner under MLS rules. If multiple winners are officially announced, the market resolves in favor of the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 MLS season is cancelled, delayed beyond January 1, 2027 at 05:59 CET, or if no winner has been declared by then, this market resolves to “Other.” Resolution will be based on official MLS information, though a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
