This market resolves to “Yes” if Tesla releases a newly introduced humanoid, bipedal robot intended for consumer use — such as Optimus — on or before January 1, 2027 at 05:59 CET. Otherwise, it resolves to “No.” To qualify, the product must be a humanoid, bipedal robot aimed at consumers. Non-humanoid robots, accessories, internal factory deployments, employee-only programs, and partner or enterprise pilots do not count. For the product to be considered “released,” it must be available for purchase by the general public within the timeframe through an official Tesla consumer channel, such as tesla.com, with either a live checkout or a paid preorder or deposit. Announcements, unveilings, demonstrations, or interest-only waitlists without payment are not enough. Availability in any region qualifies, as long as it is open to the general public. Resolution is based on official Tesla statements and materials.
