Each option resolves Yes if it is officially announced that Tesla, Inc. will be acquired by, has been acquired by, is being acquired by, or will merge with SpaceX, or vice versa, by that option’s date in 2026, 5:59 AM CET/CEST on the following day. Otherwise, it resolves No. An announcement by Tesla or SpaceX within the timeframe qualifies for Yes regardless of whether or when the announced acquisition or merger is ultimately completed. Announcements of partial sales may count if the acquiring company obtains a controlling interest in the other company.
