For each listed date, this market resolves Yes if, according to the ISW map, Russia captures the entirety of Stepnohirsk, Zaporizhzhia Oblast, by 5:59 AM CET/CEST on the following day. Otherwise, it resolves No. Stepnohirsk counts as captured if its entire municipality is shaded red on the ISW map by the relevant resolution date. The ISW map is available at https://storymaps.arcgis.com/stories/36a7f6a6f5a9448496de641cf64bd375. For a map change to qualify, the shading indicating Russian control must remain through the next full ISW daily update cycle.
