This market will resolve to "Yes" if the bitcoin holdings officially owned by the government of the Republic of El Salvador reach or exceed a value of $1 billion at any point up to 05:59 CET on 1 January 2027. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source will be the Arkham Intelligence tracker (see: https://intel.arkm.com/explorer/entity/el-salvador). Temporary glitches or errors in the tracker will not be taken into account. If the tracker becomes permanently unavailable, another credible source may be used. An official announcement from the government of El Salvador confirming that its bitcoin holdings have reached or exceeded $1 billion in value will also qualify.
