This market will resolve to "Yes" if a snap election is called in Spain by 05:59 CET/CEST on January 1, 2027. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". Calling a snap election requires the formal dissolution of at least one house of the Spanish Parliament, or another formal scheduling under the rules of the jurisdiction of an election for all members of at least one house, ahead of the election scheduled at the end of the parliamentary term. The resolution source will be official information from the government of Spain, though a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
