This market resolves YES if credible reporting confirms that any entity enters into an agreement to acquire the listed company by 05:59 CET on 1 January 2027. Otherwise it resolves NO. Mergers in which the listed company is subsumed by another entity count toward a YES resolution. An announced agreement between the listed company and an acquiring entity qualifies for a YES resolution, regardless of whether the acquisition is ultimately completed. The primary resolution source is official information from the listed company or its leadership, though a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
Each percentage is the market’s current estimate of how likely that answer is. A contract settles at 100p if the answer is right and at 0p if it is wrong.
