This market resolves Yes if MicroStrategy announces that it will file for bankruptcy, or that it has already filed for bankruptcy of any kind, by January 1, 2027, 5:59 AM CET. The announcement alone suffices for Yes, regardless of whether or when an actual filing occurs. It must be made through one of MicroStrategy's official or verified channels, as a recorded or written statement by its CEO, its legal representation, or another individual or team that officially represents MicroStrategy. A definitive consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
