This market resolves Yes if Russia officially rejoins the Group of Seven (G7) on or before January 1, 2027, 5:59 AM CET; otherwise it resolves No. If the group's title changes (e.g., to 'G8'), the market still resolves Yes as long as the group remains functionally similar to the G7. A formal rejoining must be acknowledged by a consensus of G7 member states to qualify for Yes. The primary source is official information from G7 member states, though a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
