This market resolves Yes if any country not already in the Abraham Accords formally signs a normalization agreement with Israel under the Abraham Accords framework by 5:59 AM CET/CEST on the following day on December 31, 2026; otherwise it resolves No. A formal signing is an official agreement between Israel and another country that is publicly acknowledged by both governments and clearly attributed to the Abraham Accords or their continuation. Countries already in the Accords as of June 26, 2025 - the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Morocco, and Sudan - do not count. The source is official government statements; a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
