This market resolves to “Yes” if Apple officially releases a touchscreen MacBook on or before January 1, 2027 at 05:59 CET. Otherwise, it resolves to “No.” To count as released, the product must be available for purchase by the general public within that timeframe. An announcement, preview, or unveiling by itself is not enough. Only a product explicitly branded as a MacBook qualifies. A different Apple computer, such as an iMac, would not count. The touchscreen must also be an actual touch-enabled display — a Touch Bar does not qualify. Resolution is based primarily on official information from Apple, though a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
