This market resolves to “Yes” if a peace referendum on the Russo-Ukrainian war is officially scheduled in Ukraine by February 1, 2026 at 05:59 CET. Otherwise, it resolves to “No.” For this market, a peace referendum on the Russo-Ukrainian war means any nationwide vote concerning peace in the war or a peace agreement intended to end it. A qualifying referendum will be considered scheduled once a date for that referendum has been officially set and publicly announced by a Ukrainian government authority with the legal power to do so. Once a qualifying referendum has been scheduled, this market resolves to “Yes.” Any later legal or political challenges to the referendum’s legitimacy will not affect the outcome. The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the government of Ukraine, though a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. Note: that February 1, 2026 deadline is already in the past relative to Friday, July 31, 2026.
