A successful launch means Starship lifts off from its launchpad and reaches a minimum altitude of 62 miles above sea level. Any subsequent anomaly after the vehicle reaches 62 miles, including an explosion, does not affect the outcome. The primary resolution source is SpaceX’s official video feed of the launches, including the SpaceX YouTube channel. Secondary video feeds or written reports may be used if necessary. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
