Each option resolves Yes if two SpaceX Starships successfully complete a docking maneuver in stable Earth orbit between market creation and that option’s date, 5:59 AM CET/CEST on the following day. Otherwise, it resolves No. A qualifying docking maneuver must physically join two vessels into a connected structure through mating hardware for at least 60 continuous seconds, with both vessels matching velocity and operating in stable Earth orbit at a perigee of at least 100 kilometers above Earth’s surface. Docking between any two SpaceX vessels qualifies if each vessel functions as an integrated rocket-and-spacecraft and is at least equal to Starship in scale, regardless of contents or variant, including standard, tanker, depot, HLS, or test article versions. Both vessels must be free-flying. Any capsule or payload carried to orbit exclusively on top of a separate launch vehicle does not qualify. If either vessel is passively placed into the mating interface of the other, that conjunction does not qualify.
