For each listed date, the market resolves Yes if Predict.fun has officially launched a governance token by 5:59 AM CET/CEST on the following day on that date; otherwise it resolves No. The token must be actively and publicly transferable and tradable - an announcement alone does not count. The primary source is predict.fun (https://predict.fun/), supplemented by a consensus of credible reporting.
