This market resolves Yes if it is officially announced that Pinterest will be acquired by, has been acquired by, is being acquired by, or will merge with OpenAI by January 1, 2027, 5:59 AM CET. Otherwise, it resolves No. An announcement by Pinterest qualifies for Yes regardless of whether the announced acquisition or merger is ultimately completed. The primary resolution source is official information from Pinterest or OpenAI. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
